Entrepay receives GPTW seal for the first time

Entre Group company achieves certification and reinforces commitment to organizational culture aimed at valuing teams, as published in Broadcast

On July 4, 2025, Broadcast published a report on Entrepay's achievement of the Great Place To Work (GPTW) seal, an Entre Group company specializing in payment methods and customized financial services. 

‍

The certification is awarded to organizations whose work environment is highly rated by their own employees. In Entrepay's case, 95% of respondents said they would recommend the company as an excellent place to work.

The organizational climate survey, conducted by the GPTW certification company, assessed criteria such as justice, fairness, communication, collaboration, innovation and credibility. More than 80% of the 180 employees took part.

The achievement is the result of a process that began in 2022, with the hiring of Eliana Toledo as people and management director, and the implementation of actions such as an executive health plan for all employees, training courses, well-being practices and the Leadership Journey program.

The seal is valid for one year and qualifies Entrepay to take part in rankings of the best companies to work for. The company plans to extend the organizational climate improvement program to other Entre Group companies and use the certification as a tool to attract and retain talent, in the midst of an expansion process that includes hiring more than 40 professionals a month.
