Fructus expands its work with atypical mothers in partnership with the Paraibana Autism Association
Initiative reinforces Entre Group's commitment to digital inclusion and female entrepreneurship
Fructus, the social arm of the Entre Group, has signed a partnership with the Paraibana Autism Association (APA) to expand its work with atypical mothers, women who face difficulties in entering the job market due to the degree of dependence of their children with autism. The initiative marks the creation of the first group of Fructus participants in Paraíba, with mothers taking part in the digital inclusion and income generation training program.
The partnership with APA was born out of visits by the Fructus team to João Pessoa. The rapprochement with the president of the organization, the mother of a child with autism, was decisive in the formation of the new group. The action is part of Fructus' strategy to support women in vulnerable situations, promoting financial autonomy through digital entrepreneurship.
Founded in 2024, Fructus offers training in digital marketing, commercial support and access to technological tools.
The company operates on two fronts: commercial, responsible for generating revenue and keeping the operation sustainable, and social, totally free of charge, aimed exclusively at women in vulnerable situations. Both operate with the same structure, offering equal access to courses, products, campaigns and support. In the social model, sellers keep 100% of the profit from sales; in the commercial pillar, the company retains a small percentage to ensure the continuity of the operation.
"Our goal is to create an ecosystem of support that goes beyond sales, encouraging financial autonomy and sustainable income for women who face real challenges on a daily basis. The partnership with APA reinforces our purpose, respecting the particularities of each reality," says Júlia Freixo, legal director of Grupo Entre and founding partner of Fructus.
The model adopted, based on online sales and requiring no initial investment, also includes a partnership with logistics operator Logzz, which operates a "cash on delivery" system, in which customers only pay for the products upon delivery/receipt. "In some cases, the project participants even receive cell phones to enable them to operate digitally," says Amanda Negrelli, also a founding partner of Fructus.
Since the pilot project in São Paulo, which began with 10 women with no previous experience in online sales, Fructus has more than doubled the number of participants in just one month. Today, around 40 women are part of the program, which serves major cities such as São Paulo, Campinas, Belo Horizonte, Goiânia and, now, João Pessoa. So far, the project has generated more than R$150,000 in sales, with participants earning up to R$3,500 a month.
"It's a joy to see the growth of these women, who become the protagonists of their own stories," says Negrelli.
The expansion to Paraíba reaffirms the commitment of the Entre Group, led by Antonio Carlos Freixo Junior, Mineiro, to positive social impact, using technology, training and active listening to communities to transform realities.
